About My Order!:
Can I return Items?
Once I have shipped out the order you cannot get a refund or return the items! If you have entered the incorrect address you will be refunded only the order amount and not the shipping cost once I receive the items. If you refuse the package I will NOT refund the order!
I Am Missing Items!
I triple check my orders before I ship them but occasionally I have two orders that are very similar. Depending on the Item I will either refund or ship out a new one! Please do not lie as I do not get a lot of orders and I have to pay the extra shipping fees and material costs!!
Shipping:
What packaging materials are used?
As of now I package with paper mailers and vellum protector envelopes which can both be recycled! please remove anything that cannot be recycled in your area (tape, sticker glue etc…) and dispose of them properly.
How long does shipping take? + My Items Are Not Shipped Yet!
Usually only a few days but it I get lots of orders it can take up to nine! please contact me or check your email (and spam folder) if it takes any longer. My Items Were Returned To Sender!!!
This likely means that you have entered your address incorrectly! please contact USPS to see if they will fix it before it is sent back to me. If I do receive the Items I will NOT refund the full order! Instead, I may issue a credit or partial refund. Please make sure your order is correct before placing it!
How Do I Fix My Address On An Order?
I usually check my emails before I ship Items so please contact goblinbutterhelp@gmail.com (before it is shipped) If you notice anything wrong. Once it has been shipped contact USPS!
Commissions:
Why haven’t you gotten my commission request?
Commissions take a very long time to complete. I may be working on others that were ahead of you. Please allow about a month before reaching out to my email (goblinbutterhelp@gmail.com). If it us urgent you can email me early but I cannot promise you’ll get in!
