Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-9 days before your order is shipped. You will receive an email with tracking once the label is created.

*** I will only refund (store credit) if the items are missing from the order or damaged. ***

*** If there is an issue with the order being lost please contact USPS and open a case before emailing me at goblinbutterhelp@gmail.com  ( do not use this email for anything but order problems If you need to contact me about anything else use goblinbutterr@gmail.com and I will try to respond as quickly as possible! ). ***

*** due to the large amount of returned packages, if a package is returned due to an incorrect address I will only issue a credit case by case! please make sure your information is filled out correctly! If you ordered with free shipping but entered an incorrect address I will remove the cost of shipping for your credit.***
